At Great Rate DJs we don't assume your business function will always need the largest sound system and biggest light show, instead we start with the basics and go from there. Other occasions such as holiday parties may require lighting, karaoke, sound in a separate area, an assortment of wireless microphones and so on. You can add any of these options to your Corporate Party package to customize it for your specific needs.
Most Company parties have the DJ set up before guests arrive, upon their arrival the DJ will begin with background music. The type and style of background music is predetermined prior to the event upon completing the on-line Corporate Function planner included in all our Company Party packages. From there a number of events may take place such as a simple cocktail hour or casino games, silent auction, gift exchange and so on. Regardless your DJ will work hand-in-hand with you to ensure everything on his or her end runs smoothly.
We are mostly hired for smaller business events that just want a good DJ and great music without all the bells and whistles. In other words something simple without being forced to purchase a larger package that's more than they need. Again we offer more than just the basics when needed and our rates will raise slightly as you begin to add extras to our basic Company Party DJ package. The Guest Request List is a great interactive way to promote an upcoming event allowing people who plan to attend to request a few of their favorite songs in advance from their own computer. Our system will automatically compile the requests from all the sources and put them into one big master request list that will be provided to the DJ.
