Had I known he was going to use some Peavey monitors from the early 80's, I would have brought my JBL PA system. He left the venue for one and a half hours during our reception with some bogus playlist of music we didn't like playing while he was gone. |
| Additional comments or suggestions? | Honestly, this guy is a super friendly person. When he showed up on time and began setting up equipment, I introduced myself and he was very cordial. He informed me he needed to run down the street to pick up another speaker for his equipment. Then, an hour and a half later, he showed back up with his speaker. An hour and a half later. After that, he proceeded to play lots of music that was not on our request list and we needed to ask him to play some of the music I filled out online. The music he was playing before that was not very good or inviting people to get on the dance floor. The sound quality was also quite bad. He needs to invest in some better equipment than the 30+ year old Peavey speakers he was using. |
