Ed Barrett and his crew of DJs has done dozens and dozens of events since 1989. His mission statement is simple..."When The Music Counts, You Can Count On Us".
Our sound system can pilot a small band and is comprised of quality components including Crown, Mackie, BBE, and Community. The sound is big but is also incredibly clear where you can hear each instrument individually and is not meshed together. The setup for this show is normally 90 minutes and really looks impressive when finished. All music has been 100% digitally mastered and is delivered in rich full sound. We carry well over 40,000 song titles to every show which includes music of the 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and current hits of today...partnering with Top Hits USA to bring you the hottest music. Categories cover Adult Contemporary/Soft Rock, Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, Alternative, Disco/Dance, Country and Pop. Hip Hop and Rap is offered but is generally not played at an event unless specifically instructed to do so by you the client. Guests in your party will not be able to request this category unless you give permission. All music is radio version safe that is played out over the incredible sound system.
We will arrive to set up about 2 hours before the scheduled start time and don't charge extra for this. We usually allow 90 minutes to set up. If you need us to set up earlier than that, just let us know in advance.
Lights are available but the emphasis of my show is the sound and selection of music and not the lighting.
Whether you get me or one of the other fantastic DJs I work with you will receive excellent customer service, Professional Sound System, Music Library and Wireless Microphones. We are all well trained, experienced and will be capable of making announcements and helping to orchestrate and facilitate your event. In many cases it is appropriate for the DJ to act as a Master Of Ceremonies and that is not a problem either. We recommend that you ask when comparing our rates with our competition; it is becoming a standard practice to charge extra if you want the DJ to make announcements. We do not charge additionally for this service.

the only thing I can think of is letting us know how much equipment is comming with a picture because it was alot more than I ever thought and I would have felt bad if our space was to small, but it wase'nt and he did a great job with it. |

Incorporating more of our selections into the dancing would have been nice. I don't remember picking alot of the songs he had played, but overall, we had a good time. Ed really helped me keep things on track as far as timing of the reception. |

The timing was off when the ceremony was over. The music was way delayed and so it didn't work out like we had talked. Watching it back on video, it was awkward. |
